Our Story

Hetty was born and raised on the coast of East Anglia, starting life in Norfolk before moving to Suffolk.

After school and university, she interned for the renowned jewellery concierge service In Detail London, and subsequently worked in London’s famous jewellery district, Hatton Garden. Here she honed her aptitude for both diamond-based retail and sales, whilst undertaking remote learning in the evenings and weekends with the Gemological Institute of America, to gain the qualifications Accredited Jewellery Professional (AJP) and Diamond Grading (DG).

After qualifying, Hetty went to work for Humphrey Butler Ltd, one of the most prestigious antique jewellery firms in the country. Here her role over five years was varied, from seeing clients to running the workshops and being in charge of press & marketing, as well as managing the social media channels.

This diverse range of work in different sectors of the industry has allowed Hetty to garner a ‘little black book’ of contacts, ensuring she can help with any jewellery request you might have.
